Description Stand alone presetter E46CXT3

Elbo Controlli NIKKEN invests time and resources to develop innovative and cutting-edge solutions, in order to guarantee a superior quality product. In fact, all our components are designed for this type of application, i.e. measurement, inspection and tool data transfer.

Elbo Controlli NIKKEN provides tools that can make the work of machine operators easier and drastically limit the possibility of errors.

With E46CXT3 it is possible to carry out the automatic positioning of the vision system, the measurement of cutting edges with autofocus, the adaptive identification of geometric entities. Data processing functions, a synoptic analysis of the results as well as the possibility of exporting/printing the data are also available.

To facilitate the measurement of bulky tools, the vertical camera can be placed in the maximum Z position with an automatic cycle, avoiding interference with the tool. After the operation, a click allows the camera to be moved to the home position to safely resume standard operations.

The two cameras, side and top, have a magnification of 60x and a very low distortion coefficient, which makes it possible to inspect cutting edge surfaces and to assess and measure wear or breakage. The lenses and illuminators have been specially designed to have a very high level of image quality and sufficient focal distance to avoid collisions with tools.

The front camera is used to measure and inspect the breast of the cutting edge, the side camera to inspect the side and finally the top camera the head.

The E46CXT3 presetter allows you to improve production processes, the quality of workmanship and consequently of the product, reduces errors and costs and increases reliability.
