Tradeshow MECSPE Bologna 2026 (Italy)

Our participation in MECSPE 2026 has concluded to our great satisfaction, one of the most important events for the manufacturing and machine tool sectors. This year’s edition marked a particularly significant milestone for our group, thanks to the official launch of NIKKEN Italia on the Italian market.

A strategic move that further strengthens a collaboration consolidated over the years and confirms our shared commitment to offering the market increasingly comprehensive, integrated solutions geared towards production efficiency.

The joint presence of Elbo Controlli NIKKEN and NIKKEN allowed visitors to gain a first-hand understanding of the benefits arising from the synergy between the two companies’ technologies: on the one hand, Elbo Controlli’s experience in developing tool presetting, measurement and management systems; on the other, NIKKEN’s established expertise in the production of tool holders, rotary tables and high-performance solutions for machine tools. A partnership that translates into an integrated offering capable of guiding workshops towards ever-higher levels of productivity, quality and process control.

MECSPE 2026 was also the occasion to officially present Tool Flow, the new software platform developed by Elbo Controlli NIKKEN and NIKKEN for the intelligent management of tool flow. An innovative solution that allows every stage of the tool cycle to be digitised, tracked and controlled, creating a direct link between tooling, the production department and CNC systems. Tool Flow was created to transform data collected on the shop floor into useful information to improve organisation, reduce errors and increase operational efficiency.

The interest shown by visitors, partners and industry professionals confirmed how the market is evolving towards increasingly integrated solutions, where hardware, software and data management work together to generate tangible value.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand and shared this important experience with us. Direct interaction with customers and professionals has always been a key driver for us to continue developing innovative technologies and to tackle the challenges of the manufacturing industry of the future with enthusiasm.
