Description Table top presetter Sethy SIX

Sethy SIX is a presetting machine which spans all company objectives and divisions.

Using natural granite for the base and column guarantees maximum precision. The thermal expansion coefficient of natural granite means the machine can operate in the workshop, while the stainless steel structure of the machine makes the preset solid and robust.

The rotating spindle holder with mechanical rotation brake is interchangeable for any type of machine spindle connection. Replacement is easy and guarantees maximum precision (concentricity error less than 2 µm).

Movement of the axes is manual via a single button which releases both axes. Once the tool is set, use the fine adjustment to collimate the measurement.

The presetter is equipped with a large 15" touch-screen, creating a unique presetting experience with simple management of all machine functions.

The advantages don't stop there.  Do you need to check the condition of the cutting edge? Don't worry! The inspection function will help you in this delicate operation. For better visibility you can increase and decrease light intensity or change the colour filter to highlight tool defects. You decide what you need.

Furthermore, using the TD SIX software developed by Elbo Controlli NIKKEN, you can acquire tool measurements then insert them in the tool table and create a file containing the tool correctors. Our TD SIX software processes data in over 50 CNC post-processor formats.
