Description Presetter machine Hathor SIX

By using natural granite for the base and column guarantees thermal and dimensional stability, making this machine precise and reliable.

The structure is also made of high mechanical resistant stainless steel making it extremely robust. A machine which can literally stand the test of time.

Hathor SIX is equipped with a measuring range of 400 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height, the interchangeable rotating spindle is equipped with a pneumo-mechanical rotation brake and the movement of the axes is manual (the release takes place via a single pneumatic control).

The rapid movement is combined with a fine adjustment, allowing you to easily collimate the cutting edge.

The HATHOR SIX boasts a 15" touch-screen which makes tool visualization extremely easy. The screen displays every command, making the management of the HATHOR SIX simple and intuitive

Furthermore, using the TD SIX software developed by Elbo Controlli NIKKEN, you can acquire tool measurements then insert them in the tool table and create a file containing the tool offsets.

Our TD SIX software processes data in over 50 CNC post-processor formats. If you cannot find yours, contact us and we will provide it at no additional cost.
