Description Presetter machine E46LTW

The E46LTW presetter machine is equipped with three cameras for the front and side vision of the tool. The system provides tool manufacturers and regrinders the ability to measure all the geometric characteristics of the tool. This is technology at the highest level.

Using natural granite for the base and column guarantees maximum precision. The thermal expansion coefficient of natural granite means the machine can operate in the workshop.

We carefully took into consideration the structure and sizing of the base during the study phase. Made from construction steel, welded with TIG and continuous wire, it presents the machine with a particular rigidity which guarantees high precision and no deformation.

The tool holder rotating spindle is interchangeable for all types of machine attachment: HSK, ISO, polygonal taper, BT, VDI, etc. Therefore, no adapters needed, making sure we have an accurate and constant measurement. 

The E46LTW preset is equipped with a 22” touch-screen monitor, mounted vertically for better viewing. On the upper half of the screen you can see images of the tool profiles and on the lower half all the software functions. Why complicate life even more? Everything you need on one screen. We put you first.

In addition, E46LTW is equipped with the spindle holder identification system (SP-ID). Each time the spindle holder is changed the system allows the preset to identify the spindle holder and suggests the correct machine origins.

The powerful, industrial PC developed by Elbo Controlli NIKKEN supports our machine management software which is intuitive and simple to use. Our software offers direct transfer of tool offsets to numerical control tool tables, customizable tool tables, multi-measurement tool on-screen and much more.
