Description Presetter machine E346+

The base and column are built in natural granite. The measuring range is 360 mm in diameter and 460 mm in height. The rotating spindle holder is completely interchangeable (with a concentricity accuracy of 2 microns / m) and equipped with a mechanical rotation brake.

The E346 + presetter machine was built using a larger structure which provides greater precision, stability and reliability. Let yourself be amazed.

Our ergonomic knobs will allow you to move quickly and freely, framing the tool in the shortest possible time. Once the operation is complete, the fine adjustment will help you to collimate your cutting edge.

The NEW 15 "vertical touch screen monitor makes the presetting experience complete and simple: all machine functions are present on one screen.

The NEW software guarantees high performance for the new E346 + series: easy, intuitive and without limits. Everything you need is here.

Automatic measurement of the cutting edge: once the focusing bars have found the central position the measurement is immediately displayed on the axis counters. If you prefer you can also use the fixed reticle to collimate the tool profile: the axis control bars will do it for you.

Moreover, you can automatically measure angles and radii and have the option to print or save them.

How often do you check the state of the cutting edge? Use the INSPECTION function to quickly identify the areas of wear and tear.

Generate tool offset files with over 50 CNC formats using our TD 346 software. If you cannot find yours, contact us and we will provide it at no additional cost.
